The East Troy Community School District has announced registration information for the upcoming school year.
Any student who has reached the age of 5 before Sept. 1, 2010 and lives in the East Troy School District should register for school. Any student who has reached the age of 4 before Sept. 1, 2010 and lives in the East Troy School District may register for 4-year-old kindergarten.
Online registration for all 4K-12 students runs until July 31.
Walk-in registration and school pictures for all 4K-12 students will be held Thursday, Aug. 5 from 3 to 7 p.m. and Monday, Aug. 9 from noon to 6 p.m.
All elementary students, including those in 4K through fifth grade, should register at Prairie View Elementary School, 2131 Townline Road. Students in grades 6-8 should register at East Troy Middle School, 3143 Graydon Ave. Students in grades 9-12 should register at East Troy High School, 3128 Graydon Ave.
School fees will be collected and pictures of elementary and high school students will be taken during registration.
Families who are new to the district should call the school to facilitate transfer of records and any screening process that may need to be completed prior to the beginning of school. The first day of school is Wednesday, Sept. 1.
