Delavan City Council conditionally approves reimbursing Lake Lawn
Resort must agree not to seek further repayment

The Delavan Common Council approved July 13 reimbursing Delavan Resort Holdings, owners of Lake Lawn Resort, $13,265 plus administrative fees and interest under one condition - Lake Lawn must agree not to seek any further reimbursement.

The vote to approve passed 5-1 with Alderman Dave Kilkenny opposed. Kilkenny said the city has no evidence any of the charges Lake Lawn disputed were inappropriate for cost recovery.
