City seeks applicant for District 2 seat
The City of Whitewater is now accepting letters of interest from residents residing in Aldermanic District 2 who are interested in serving as councilmember until April 19, 2011.

The Common Council will accept letters through Aug. 6. The council will review the letters at their Aug. 17 meeting. If individuals are interested in obtaining the council seat, their attendance at the Aug. 17 meeting is requested

Interested parties can send a letter of interest to City Clerk Michelle Smith, P.O. Box 178, Whitewater, WI 53190 by Aug. 6 at 5 p.m.

Include details regarding qualification and reasons why the individual should be selected.
