Alcohol
A 19-year-old Elkhorn man was arrested for drunken driving June 26 after police were called to McDonald's, 110 W. Market St., for a report of disorderly men at the drive-thru. His two passengers were cited for underage drinking, the report states.
An 18-year-old man and 17-year-old boy, both of Elkhorn, were cited for underage drinking June 28 after police were called to East Page and South Lincoln streets for people drunkenly stumbling on the sidewalk at 8:20 p.m. One was very intoxicated and registered a .30 on the preliminary breath test, according to the incident report.
Criminal damage to property/vandalism
An officer observed hinges broken off the stall of the men's bathroom at Sunset Park, 320 Devendorf St., June 24 as well as toilet paper all over the women's bathroom.
An Elkhorn man reported June 25 that someone had smashed the driver's side mirror of his vehicle while it was parked on the 100 block of North Washington Street.
Disorderly conduct
Police were called to an 8 W. Court St. apartment June 25 for a report of possible domestic abuse. When police arrived, it was noted that the couple was verbally arguing and they were warned for their behavior.
Three women - an 18-year-old, 58-year-old, and 41-, all of Elkhorn, were warned for disorderly conduct June 25 after police were called to 41 West St. for a report of them having a verbal argument. According to the incident report, the fight started over a bad parking job.
A former McDonald's employee was cited for disorderly conduct June 26 after it was reported that he threw a milk shake at the restaurant window.
A 60-year-old Elkhorn man was warned for disorderly conduct after police were called to Duggans, 35 N. Wisconsin St., June 29 because he was being disorderly after the bartender asked him to leave. The man had already left the bar when police arrived, according to the incident report, however police found him on the 600 block of West Walworth Street "very intoxicated." He was turned over to a responsible person, the report states.
A 41-year-old Delavan man and 31-year-old Delavan woman were warned for disorderly conduct June 29 after police heard the woman screaming loudly at Speedway, 102 S. Lincoln St., because she and the man were fighting.
Domestic abuse
Police were called to a 110 Ridgeway apartment for a report of two individuals fighting June 28. When officers arrived, the 31-year-old man involved fled from a window and ran from police but was caught near the apartment building, the report states. He had a valid warrant from the Department of Corrections. He was arrested for criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, domestic abuse and resisting arrest.
Fire call
Police were called to Durham School Services, 511 S. Lincoln St., to assist Elkhorn Fire & Rescue with a fully engulfed bus fire. The fire appeared to be electrical, according to the incident report.
Theft
An Elkhorn man reported his electric pressure washer stolen from the back of his pick-up truck June 24, while he was inside Chase Bank, 38 N. Wisconsin St.
An Elkhorn man reported June 25 that someone had used his debit card to purchase items from iTunes.
A bicycle was reported stolen June 26 from the 100 block of West Market Street.
A fuel drive off at Market Street Citgo, 109 W. Market St., from June 26 was reported June 28.
A two-tiered round planter was reported stolen from the 300 block of North Lincoln Street June 29.
Traffic
Thirteen drivers were pulled over and warned from June 25 to 28 for failing to obey the road construction signs on East Geneva Street.
A 28-year-old Elkhorn woman was cited for failure to yield to the right-of-way June 25 after police were called to West Walworth and North Church streets for a report of a crash. The other driver was cited for mandatory insurance violation, according to the incident report.
Other
An elderly couple reported June 29 that a person called pretending to be their grandson, and asked them to wire money to help get him out of trouble. When they declined because they believed the call to be a scam, another call came claiming to be an attorney.
A 27-year-old Pleasant Prairie man was arrested June 29 after police pulled him over on the 400 block of E. Geneva St., for traveling through the road that was closed due to construction. According to the incident report, the man had two valid warrants from Kenosha Joint Services. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license - fourth offense.
