Williams Bay Care Center and Rehabilitation recently announced the opening of its new assisted living community, Sherwood Lodge, 116 Cherry St. in Williams Bay, scheduled to open September.
Sherwood Lodge will be located on the Williams Bay Care Center and Rehabilitation campus in Williams Bay. Residents at Sherwood Lodge will be afforded first priority to transfer to Williams Bay Care Center when and if their health care needs increase.
According to a press release from Sherwood Lodge, the new facility will have 39 fully-equipped one- and two-bedroom apartments, assistance with activities of daily living, weekly housekeeping, meals, apartment maintenance, daily activity and recreation program, transportation coordination, 24-hour emergency call pendant and more.
More than 40 percent of the building will be dedicated to common area space, offering conveniences such as an on-site beauty/barber shop, exercise and fitness center, wellness spa, movie theater, chapel and atrium dining room.
Residents will also receive a services including access to an around-the-clock care team, assistance with medications and nurse consultation.
